Ok i'm not going to get the HRC cam. I want to get a different cam. Who all makes a cam for the 450r i know trinity does, curtis does and lrd does. Right now i want the trinity cam but is there any others out there. Which one do you suggest.

Just curious what advantage does the Trinity offer over the rest? Web cam and hotcams both offer s cam for the 450r.

Do either of those companies have a website?

The sparks cam is supposedly really nice. Good low end.

The sparks cam makes about 4 hp from bottom to top. I have the agressive sparks cam on the way, I currently have the 02 crf cam but doesn't seem to make any extra power than stock.

I will keep you posted, I should have it any day now. Tim Farr runs the cam I'm getting when he races mx (agressive drop in). When he races tt he runs the full race cam, really good top end but not much bottom. This is what they were telling me over the phone at least.

I have the sparks cam, and I am very pleased with it. I can definately feel the power increase from the bottom to the top!
The power increase is awesome, the guys at sparks really know there stuff!! The bike also feels like it revs faster with the new cam. After installing the cam, I needed to go back to a 14 tooth front sprocket from a 13 tooth because I was hitting the rev limiter so often. I recomend it to anyone (i'm not racing).

yea as u can see they really took a hammer to the power to beat it down....i mean if you gain 4hp from just a cam u know its really restricted....btw how much was that sparks cam, im gonna get one.

Now when you went back to the 14t did it still lug or was it just as good as the 13t with out the cam in it.
