what should i buy

Im buying a new quad. I was looking into the 400ex but i want reverse and liquid cooling because i do like 40mile dice runs. so now i am looking at the z/kfx 400. The only thing i m wored about is being to small. I am 5'6 and 135 pounds would a z be to big?

I was going to get a 300ex but people said i would get bored of it very quick

any other sugestions???

Money isnot a problem past 6 grand and i will be adding skids ans new tag handles bars with power madd hand gaurds
any help woould be apericated

z/kfx aren't much bigge than the 400ex....i have one and the only differencei notice is my kfx revv outs alot faster and sits bit higher....it handles almost as good as a 400ex.....I Also think the kfx is much more comfortable than a 400ex withthe t-shaped seat.....the 400ex and kfx IMO do not have similar power....i like the way the kfx's power is spread out....the 400ex also sorta feels boxy....Not that i'm bashing honda but i just don't like the way they feel besides the newer hondas....so to tell ya i think the kfx will fit ya well if you ride with responsibility and respect its power.

when i 1st gto my 400ex.. i was sooo worried about no reverse.... have i ever had a need for it.... no... through mud..snow.. and tight trails.. ive never needed it... its easy enough to get off and push/lift up the front..since it is soo light in the front.....ive ridden for hours at a time and havent had any probs w/o liguid cooled engine... i say get a 400ex.. they are cheap and have awsoem power....and can be modded up alot

I'd get the kfx/z400. I think they are a little faster, and a couple of the other perks. especially if money isn't too big of an issue! or maybe even think about the 450s!

Don't waste your time with a 300. They are good bikes and all, but get one of the other two because there is so much more power on tap and if you still want more you can mod them to just about whatever you want. Of the two, I would go for the Z/KFX. I had a 400ex and I loved it. I see a Z as a 400ex with reverse so you can't go wrong there.

yeah...you will get bored of the 300ex....and personaly id go for the Z400 because of revrse and liqid cooling...they seem to be very reliable...i also think the 400EX feels alot smaller than the Z

i love my 300EX but as i become a better rider in getting kind of bored of the power.......:)
