I put the full hmf bill balance pipe. Airbox lid by EHS. Idles and starts good. @ throttle when I blip throttle it will pop or die. Smooth push it seems good. Small amount of smoke. Thanks for the help.

what size main jet are you running currently?

I put a 175 in and seems to run pretty good now. Will ride on sunday and test it then.

did you change your pilot jet?

Try turning your air screw out 2.5 turns from bottom

Did not change my pilot. Jeep that is how I set it 2.5 turns out.

175 seems a little low for a full exhaust/air box bike.
Actually I run 185 with a cut airbox and an HMF exhaust. But since the EHS lid is quite restrictive, you would need to run a lower main jet. I would try a 175 and go from there, if it still blubbers, go down again, if it misses, then go UP!
