Shock Relocator

Well im putting the shock relocator on my 300ex, and i cant get it over the weld on the shock mounts...any help would be great!

Are you talking about the backside of the stock mounts? I made my own but I had to mill/grind off some of the rear mounting tab to clear the weldment, about 1/8" a side. Just smooth it out good and repaint it. I also made a spacer to go in between the stock mounts for a good tight bolt up.

what kinda arms and shocks are you putting on?

stock 400ex...eventually when i get money i might put aftermarket shocks on or a arms or something like that

You can email the guy on eBay who's selling the shockmounts and he will sell one outright. I think it was around $50

roderberg35...i think thats the name on here....thats who i got mine off of...55 shipped...just im still having the problem that i cant get the relocator over the shock mount weld...i have a friend thats messing with my bike right now and he might be grinding the bak on the frame a little...im not sure but i will tell you how it comes out!
