alright heres my hell of a day:

i was nervous for my first race so i forgot to put the quad in gear
so i got a late start. then i got hit in the first turn flipping over. so then i got going again and i went in these bumps that were so deep and my stock suspension bounced me off the quad.then back at the first turn i hit a bump and my foot fell off and got stuck under the tire.then i passed 3 people for 15th place in my qualifier. 2 guys DNFed.

i was a little discouraged and i didnt really want to run the LCQ but i went ahead and did it i got a good start and ended up getting 4th. not enough to qualify but i was happy:) so now i am adicted to racing. i dont have any pics but i made a video and i gotta upload it to the net.

i was number 6X on the white z400 wearing red gear:cool:

I had a tough first race too. I got a pretty good start and came out of the first turn in about 4th or 5th, but then I got held up in the bumps by a slower rider and I had no way to get around him. Halfway through the first lap I had a bad landing off a jump and took the handlbars in the gut but I managed to stay on and I didnt lose too much time there. Then coming out of the last turn I got tangled up with a guy on a YFZ and our rear wheels locked up. It seemed like it took forever to get free as quads passed by. I got going again and passed several guys before the end of the race, all the while struggling with the way my quad pulling to one side. I didnt know until I got back to the pits that I had a flat rear tire. I must have run the last two laps on a flat. I figured that I must have placed around 15th and didnt check the resusts until after the LCQ, but I was surprised to find out that I actually finished the first race in 8th place. :D Although I didnt make the main, I guess 8th with a flat isnt that bad.:cool: #26 4 stroke C

that sucks man.. i broke the sleeve on my 300, when i was playing around on it in my back yard. idk, but it seems to me that your 400 has been giving you alot of problems this year..with the balljoint thing and now this. :(

hey muff that really sucks. Did you get hurt or are you okay?

For me i don't think i have every ridden as good as i did in my qualifier. I was in 2nd most of it, and almost had first. Right before the finish like i got passed by some guy on a new yami. He was flying, and i ended up getting 3rd. In the main, i was in fifth, and the track was beat. I couldn't hang on anymore, and was getting the chit beat out of me, so in stead of staying in people's way, and flying back and forth across the track i let them go, but they were going to pass me one way or another. I finished like 7th or 8th. Not really sure. But good racing everyone! Had a ball!

and yea the thing hasnt been so great this year. blew the head gasket, the ball joint popped out, and the cylinders now gone. all in only 5 races/rides total :eek2:

luckily i have a spare motor so i'll be puttin the 426 in my mx chassis and run that til i get the 440 bottom end all cleaned out and fixed up

i have some good holeshot footage i just need to get some pics and whatnot of it

Muff: you had a bad weekend.

I couldn't go any faster in my main (open B) I was too tired from the GNCCs the day before. I ended up last in the main.

...i raced the womens open ..on a stock 300ex motor cuz i blew the sleeve out last wednesday ...my first moto i got 5th in the holeshot and got hung up with 4 other pple..i got 5th that race,,,and them my exhast pipe was fallin off..a bolt fell out..and then my carb is messed up..but 2nd moto i finished 2nd ..and got the 2nd overall..so im happy...now im sendin my motor to get rebuilt...before jollies

alright my day was very bad.

I was ony my brand new quad that was finsihed up wednesday night,

i was in practice and i noticed that when i shifted into third i would slow down a very very lot,

so on the third lap in practice i was about to come to the end of it when my quad completley stalled, and i looked at the motor and oil was pouring all over the place, and i knew back at the trailer the whole motor had blown.

you guys might have saw this quad,

Looks like the open B qualifier. The 4 stroke B qualifier also looks the same ;) , too bad I got bucked over the bars . I got a sweet pic, but i don't know how to upload.

it was awsume weather for racin. i did prety well concidering i didn't feel like i was in sinc with the track. in 30+b qula 1 i took a third place start to win it and in the main i went from 5th to 2nd with some of the best battles i've ever had, but didn't have enough to pass for the leed and ended up with a 2nd overal. i also ran the open b were i short shifted to 3rd 20ft off the start and STALLED!!!!!!!!!!!! (live and learn) i was in last and very PST. but was able to ride the race of my life passing riders wherever i cought them and made it up to 4th. what a rush!!!!!! i didn't stay for the main in open b and i'm still kickn myself for that i will not miss another one if i can help it . i can say i'm learnin to race if i can pass that many riders. being fast is one thing but racn is another. hope to meet up with some of you guys at jolly, and bs.i'm runnin am 911 plats on the only trx450 without fenders. congrats to everyone all the racn i watched was ausome!!!!!!!!!! neatv is so competative every class is alot of fun to watch!!!!!!!!:D see ya at jolly

I only know about the front fenders because one of our racers took them off when he first got his quad. by the way, what a pain in the ***** to take them off!
