That's pretty sweet mit just needs better tire sure they are big but wouldn't relly cut it to well offroading. Also it looks like it has a front bumper and some aftermarket lights.

with a diesel its hard to lower ur gas mileage even when towing u get about the same plus fuel is also cheaper right now then gas so he should still get about 18 mpg at least thats what i get in my f250
