I saw a white 400 in the rides section. I have always wanted a white one. But, who makes white plastic for it???? Besides that crappy, dull, poor-fitting Maeir!!!!

Here is the pic I saw. Whoever rides this............SWEET!!http://www.exriders.com/rides/rides_large/400ex11_10.jpg

The former 400ex.com had a white 400ex and it looked sweet. I think the white plastic would get stained though and not look as good if you had it for a while.

hey stevo, why would the white plastic get stained?
I had 2 white mojave's and a white 200X, and I had no problem keeping them clean.........

ive found on white plastic it will get scratched then dirt will get into the scratch and stay there creating stains...

there is a cure for that...........either castrol super clean, or westley's bleach white...........no more dirt in scratches :)

I have owned 2 white Blasters, one white QS250, one white 230QS and none were stained. I rode all of these exclusively in northern MN, what they call the "Iron Range". Nothing but red ore everywhere on the trails that ruins clothing instantly.

First, after getting quad, wash real well. Second apply mop n glo liberally. Third, let dry. Last go have fun. Repeat 2 and 3 a couple times a month. Equals no stained plastic.

The scratches show more than you would probably like. Just take a look at your black side panels, and you should know what I mean. It looks good new, but after some wear and tear, it doesn't look as good.

I used to have a polaris t-blazer that was white and it showed stains pretty bad when dirt got in the scratches. I would think black plastic would look cool, but would look bad after awhile.

I'd say just keep the stock plastic till you roll it and cracks or you want the headligths removed or something:blah

Maier makes white plastic and I belive fullbore does too, but not positive on the fullbore part. White plastic definately looks sweet with some black and chrome, and its what I plan to put on my R this winter. All black frame with white plastic, black tank cover and seat cover. Should look pretty sweet.

Anyway, I currently have the maier black plastic and was like mentioned earlier it scratches up EASILY and shows scratches badly. I have to put armor all onit every time I ride ot keep it looking decent. It does look awesome though when its new.
