swingarm bearings

How do you get the bearings out of the front of your swingarm on a 300ex? I'm powdercoating it and need the bearings out.

I tried before I had to take mine out too to get my swingarm powercoated. I beated on them forever and them would not budge. You are going to have to have them pressed out and you might want to consider going ahead and ordering some new ones to replace it.
