bah hard starting

hey well every since it got REALLY warm out its been hard starting the quad, Ever since I cleaned it which is when I adjusted the idle screw and im not sure if i messed anything up... but today when I went out side to start my quad it took like 5 min to start but then would turn off really fast... then another 5 min i got it to run but I beleive the idle was to low and i adjusted it and it sounded fine... then when i got back from riding i know the idle was sky high like it changed the idle after warming up ... could the problem of not starting be the IDLE?

by the way, its like 85 degrees out today i think. I remember It would start withen 5 min when it was cold out.....

any suggestions? By the way I did clean the filter and lubed it last week

by the way wen i was starting it it would only start if i tapped the throttle and when it would start it would idle and when i let go it would just cut off
