I ride in solid flint rock, so skids were the first thing to go on my new 400. I chose the new DG Fat series. They have good, heavy welds and .190 aluminum. They also have flares that flare up right by the oil pickup lines into the lower crankcase. The swingarm skid is really tough and has taken it good. I cant count the gashes. They are already beat to hell. They have held up well, but I expect to buy a new swingarm skid in 1-2 yrs.
