400 wont start in gear

i just rebuilt my bike last week and now it won't start in gear w/the clutch in, i put a msr raptor lever on it couple years ago and never had a problem till now.

Sounds like the 2 wires at the clutch lever are no longer connected..

do you know which wires i'm talking about??

where do the wires run to and what color are they?

there are only two lil wires there,right by the clutch...but wat sux is that it drains your battery,so everytime now i have to take the wire of the battery

do they run into a harness/connector, where is it ,color if the wires

idk....on mine there was two wires that ran into the clutch perch,and when i took it off they were connected to a metal piece...so i just cut the two wires off at the perch and re connected them toghter idk if it is the same on a 400 tho
