Clutch Spring?

Im throwing together my clutch cover after I installed my crf cam chain and I don't have any idea how to put in the spring where the clutch hooks up to. Can anybody help me out please?

you turn the lever on the outside of the cover that the cable connects too clockwise to engage it.
