does anyone make a rebuild or repair kit for 300 ex rear brake caliper...I changed my rear pads and when I pushed the piston back it started to leak..and I cant get the brakes to pump up..

take your caliper abart and see if there are any O-rings that are dammaged first. if there are any bad just replace them (probly get them at napa) if its something else i would think you could get all the parts from servicehonda.com. but i have replaced o-rings in my 300EX calipar before and it worked fine.

take the caliper off the bike and remove the pads. use compressed air thru the hole where the line goes to (carefully, and watch your fingers) shoot the piston out. clean all the crud off the piston with brake cleaner and polish it with very fine steel wool. clean or replace the seals and lube them with a fingerfull of brake fluid. reinstall and bleed, you should be set-
