will i built a lt250r last summer, just take the time to paint each part or at least clean it and make it look nice, that way when you put it back together every single part looks good.:) good luck

go on ebay and buy a 465 piece boly kit u wont be disapointed almost all the bolts on the quad are there and make the quad look sexy at the end all shiney new stainless bolts.....
its like 180 dollars or something

make everything look perfect before puttin them back on...
powder coat the main parts frame arms and swing dont use paint it will chip really bad, get a repair manuel...

i paid $100 for my entire bolt kid off ebay. just look for the deals. i believe a guy called SSKING sells them, not sure...

its very handy, besides them looking great, incase some vibrate loose, you always have you stock bolts to relay on... :D

Best to start with a complete quad IMO. Even if it's beasted at least you will start out with all the parts. You can clean up what you can use and know exactly what you want to replace. 2 stroke motors wear faster, but are a heck of a lot easier/cheaper to build/rebuild than a 4 stroke. I'd post pics of my R rebuild, but don't know how.

Speed and handling, she spanks 450"s. I bought a 4 stroke and now the pressure is on to sell one of them(from the little woman). If I sell the 4 stroke I'm admitting it was a ill advised purchase. The alternative is heart wrenching. When the subject comes up I try to look too busy to talk about it right now!
