my bike used to take $5 on premium to fill it, now its like 8 bucks, i tend not to drive my truck because of these damn outrageous prices, 40 mpg on the bike is much better than 14 mpg int he truck, but even that is getting expensive with all the traveling i do:mad:

Did anyone hear about the new hybrid cars? Toyota has one but theres a year and half waiting time for it and now chevy, ford, and alot of the big companies are starting them. I dunno if this is news of the past but they run half electric and half gas and get like 45 miles per gallon.

Yeah it is like 2.49 for supreme here! I havent been payin attention cause well I dont have to pay for gas just quite yet. But I will be driving a deisel asap. Ford Powerstroke. I cant belive how exspensive it is!:eek2: I mean we have to have it, so we will pay for it, all i hope is the new president changes some things. I think we should just go a week, and not drive because of gas prices.... eventhough we cant, it might work....

Ford has the new hybrid escape that gets 34mpg and is still a SUV that is four wheel drive. I guess its front wheel drive when its going regular and then the rear wheels kick in when it goes to four wheel drive. I can't wait for hybrid trucks that can actually do something.

Does anyone realize that the Honorable Mr. Bush comes from an "oil" back ground? He knows He is only going to be pres. for a few years, he has to have something to fall back on!!! Remember this before you vote in our next Texan Press.
Don't get me wrong I like what the guy is doing overseas. But he started with the fuel prices from day one!!!

OPEC controls the prices of gas. Not the Pres of this country.

I seem to recall when Clinton was in office gas prices where worse and lasted longer.

If Amed and his brothers Amed,Amed and his other brother Amed would stop blowing up oil feilds I think we would be ok.

I don't remember gas prices being higher when clinton was prez? I do however remember it being 1.90 when he was prez, but never over 2.00

LOL I paid $2.01 last week and this week I'll pay $2.05 for 87oct.
I had enough foresight to buy a summer supply of 93oct two months ago at $1.78. I got 32 gallons, and some staybil;)
Yesterday I had a guy offer me $2500 for my old beater 87 Integra. I told him that with gas at $2.05 a gallon it was going to well over $2500 to get me to sell a car that gets 31mpg and start driving my truck 56 miles a day;)

for all those people that said that Bush went to war for oil, I would like to ask you "why the h#ll is gas so high if we went for the oil?" if we would have went in for the oil then it should be 99cents a gal.

screw those hybrid POS's....

go get yourself a nice VW GOLF TDI.... MUCH MUCH NICER car and gets 40-50mpg!

Funny part is that they have been out for over 10 years now and people are all amazed that these "new hybrids" get over 40mpg when VW has been doing it WAY before they have.

Where in michigan are you from, im in the Upper peninsula. Gas is 2 something here for regular, the Razz gets quite alot on a full tank, think of the cash you will save:eek2: Honestly think tho, put 2 bucks to fill it up, how would you like that:eek2: thats my pocket change what i usually use. Get about 60 miles on a full tank, and i think the newer ones get even more.:macho
I know im enjoying not putting 30 bucks to fill up my ride, when i can put 2 in, and ride with no pride.. haha:blah:

Well here in good old San Diego its about 2.25 for the cheap stuff at the cheap store if you can find one. And the idea about the oil tanker port in your town making it cheaper on the gas, We have one of the largest storage yards for gas in the western hem. with one of the largest pipe lines feeding it and it still cost 2.25 for the cheap stuff at the etc. O and by the way the price of houses in San Diego is roughly 450,000.00 dollars and that is for a pile of Chit fixer upper in the BAD part of town. Its pretty bad when only 5 percent of the pop. in San Diego can Afford a home. Yes I said 5% of the population.
