FDO studs

I'm thinking of getting the FDO heavy duty studs but I don't have a lot of time to get them installed. Have any of you tapped the clyinder yourself and if so is there anything I should look out for, or is this something I should really have a machiene shop do for me. My friend has a decent amount of experience tapping but I want to be sure before we do it.

i little off topic but lilpoppy with your set up do you still run pumped gas?

I have run it once on pump gas and it seemed to run fine but it did feel like it lost some power. No pinging though.

I did mine. they worked great. It isn't that hard to do.
