Sand Tires unlimited makes a 20/11/10 with 18 paddles. Have any of you used this tire or used a modified version (grooved,) On your high torque 463 or bigger quad. I am building a full tilt FDO 493 and am looking for more bite. I am not going to consider Skate track because the are not durable.

Dude what would you want that may paddles for?:huh
My friend has a 450cc banshee on alcohol and he only runs a 13 paddle hauler....dude you dont need that much, at least that i would say!
They make that tire so people have options as to their own grooving, etc. The paddle spacing is so small that it probably wouldn't hook up any better than like a 22" 12 paddle hauler. If you are going with a 493, you should just get Skat Trak Ultralites. Or even regular haulers. I have had 10+ sets of Skat Trak and never tore a paddle off one.

Skat trak is not durable enough fo me. I need a very durable tire because sometimes I need to cross rocks, roots, and dirt. I will call STU and get some more info, I'll post findings.
