I did not really get an answer in my last post but i wanted to know if i will have to rejet when put my twin air filter on with an outer wear. Right i ahve a stock filter with an outwer no airbox lid and i think it has been re jetted fo the open air box lid.

you should rejet after anytime you change something in the intake or exhaust.

or could i just play with the air screw? since its a little change.

if it is jetted for no air box lid, you will want to drop the main a size or two when you put the lid on. a twin air over the stock filter will change the jetting very very little.
the fuel skrew is a fine tune adjustment for the pilot jet. this mainly controls fuel from idle to 1/8 throttle. so, more adjustments will need to be made than this.

no you will run the risk of seizing up the crank and making you feet uncontrollably stink.
