Carb problem

I looked at that little nozzle to the bottum right of the choke lever and wondering what it did so i twisted it to the left a few times. Well when i whent riding the bike bogged out on me when givin full throttle. Idle is fine, and i had the baffle out thinking that it was the problem "it wasnt" please help
