Air shocks

I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with the new FOX FLOAT or Progressive Suspension AIR SHOCKS? They eliminate the coil over springs and reportedly weigh 4 lbs. less than stockers. They are very expensive, but are they worth it?

I'm into rockcrawling ( with my jeep ) and was thinking of getting some. I know the air shocks they make for trucks and stuff have a soft spring rate. You can check out this site to see more.
