Summer flattrack series starts tomorrow.....

Im Jonesin:blah: and REALLY nervous!1( I do this I swear before every race...I CANT SLEEP!!!:p )
Anyhow, I have decided to not run in two classes this year and tow run in Mens Class only......:macho I dont know if I made a mistake doing that or not, but I want to run faster and better(dont take that wrong ladies, we kick Butt!!:cool: ) Just around here they run faster and I think this will help me by having someone else set the pace ....Im sad to say my Daughter will be missing a few of her sereis due to her quad not being ready in time.....:( She will be the only one sitting on the side line for a bit cheering us on.......:rolleyes:

We got my Son a pipe for his Eton viper 50cc.he hasnt even seen it yet its also his Bday this wk end so this is a surprise he gets tomorrow.......:D


Troy is still undecided whether to go Pro this year or not, I think hes ready but hes still not sure until tomorrow........


For any locals interested in racing the OMC track you can find out more info at www.omcracing for a complete racing schedule for MX and Flattrack racing......Wish me luck, and like always........I post pics.........;)

No I'm not coming out..My bike is ready for the Dunes next week..:D .
I might hit the next one up and if I like it, I will enter the season.

First I have to say...my son Brandon placed 2ndout of 6 minis !!!.He was THE ONLY 50cc mini.Im VERY proud of him!:macho . He held his line well and wouldnt let anyone sneak in.....



I did OK I guess..... I placed third in the heat race and fourth in the main..I think I could have done better but the track was really crumby...We ALL neeed some slicks BAD! no hookup I got good spin out of one corner and that was it.....:mad: I kept coming up on tow wheels on the corners even with my Sway bar it was just the size of the trac I think, EVERYONE was doing it....You run long and then short turn,also had a few holes in the corners:rolleyes: I race against a KFX470, Predator,YFZ and a Vforce I beat the Predator and the KFX in the heat and I beat the PReddy in the main...The riders were a mix of B riders and one C Class rider so I done ok I guess.......;)



Now Troy is another story...Poor guy had a crap night, he did decide to step it up and ran Pro:blah: But like everyone else, he was all over the track and spun out a few times, he had first place in the heat race all the way until the last lap or two, then had a hard spin out and almost took out a light pole!!:eek2: Then in the main he was all over the track and spun out 2-3 times and once completly off the track..His tires were horrible.....:(

I race again next Fri then dlb back for a poker run on Sat.....I didnt get any pics cause they had us so clustered and actually ran our Heat and main almost back to back:mad: All I got was one of the track........

Good Job Brandon,Tina,and Troy..The track looks pretty nice from far away. Sorry to hear that your tires didn't do their job..Oh yeah Troy..good job on steping up..you have the skills to be with the pros.

Sounds like you had stiff competition, so I don't think you did bad. Get some new tires and you'll see a difference! Good job!;)
