decompressor

Hi! my engine will knock sometimes when I rev it up and at Idle It will stop knocking, I think it might be the decompressor assy. So Im just wondering if it will affect it much if I remove it. thank you:bandit:

The decompressor will tick at very low rpm. When you rev it up, it should stop. It could be broken but I think your sound might be something else. Hopefully not your rod.

ive had the same sound, thats what i thought it was but...
