What is your temp and elevation? Without knowing this info it is hard to jet correctly. For starters I would start with a 42pilot and a 152main. That is for starters.

a friend of mine in Tennesse and I jetted his 400 with my wb e-series with a 155mj and a 42 pilot at 2.5 turns out on the mixture screw. That was this past winter, so a 152 sounds good for you. Also this was with dynojet kit jets....so try between a 152-160:)

You didn't say what kind of quad you have. From your user name I would assume you have a 450r. If you do start with a 190 main jet. Or spend $50 and jet a sparks jet kit.

i put a yoshi trs pipe on my 450r , with the lid off, and a k&n filter. for the main jet i have a 175 in, and drop the needle clip one position. runs great now! i live in new york about 2500 ft.. you should be able to use the same set up. i wouldn't start with a 190, thats way too big. the stock main is only 118!

i have yet to have the opportunity to jet a 450r but just with a pipe and filter you went from a 118mj all the way up to a 175mj :huh just seems like a pretty big jump to me for just a pipe and filter
