what size a-arms

hi i was just wondering what size a-arms you guys recomend i get for my 400ex i plain to race mx in the near future. should i do plus 2 or 3 and should i try to get plus 1 forward or anything and also what offset wheels should i do with each one

Just go with plus 2 its all ya need.
