air/fuel carb adjustment

Can someone tell me where the air/fuel screw is on the 450R?

And does anyone know if the clip comes in the middle position from the factory?

Same place as the 400 carb on the engine side of the card in front of the bowl.
The clip comes in the middle position.

I never had to adjust the air/fuel mixture on my 400....
