if you do can you help me with this? i need to know whats going on in this poem and a general consept about it.
ARBOLÉ, ARBOLÉ...
Arbolé,arbolé
seco y verdé.
La niña del bello rostro
está cogiendo aceituna.
El viento, galán de torres,
la prende por la cintura.
Pasaron cuatro jinetes,
sobre jacas andaluzas
con trjes de azul y verde,
con largas capas oscuras.
"Vente a Córdoba, muchacha."
La niña no los escucha.
Pasaron tres torerillos
delgaditos de cintura,
con trajes color naranja
y espada de planta antigua.
"Vente a Córdoba, muchacha."
La niña no los escucha.
Cuando la tarde se puso
morada, con luz difusa,
pasó un joven que llevaba
rosas y mirtos de luna.
"Vente a Granada, muchacha."
Y la niña no lo escucha.
La niña del bello rostro
sigue cogiendo aceituna,
con el brazo gris del viento
ceñido por la cintura.
Arbolé, arbolé
seco y verdé.

I went to www.freetranslation.com and this is what I got outa it...not all of it could be translated apparently...
ARBOLÉ, ARBOLÉ..
Arbolé, arbolé
Dry and verdé.
The girl of the beautiful face
It is catching olive.
The wind, gallant of towers,
It lights it for the waist.
They passed four riders,
on Andalusian ponies
with trjes of blue and green,
With long dark layers.
"Vente to Cordoba, girl."
The girl her does not listen.
They passed three torerillos
delgaditos of waist,
with orange suits color
And old sword of plant.
"Vente to Cordoba, girl."
The girl her does not listen.
When the afternoon he was put
purple, with diffuse light,
it passed a youth that carried
Roses and mirtos of moon.
"Vente to Granada, girl."
And the girl her does not listen.
The girl of the beautiful face
it continues catching olive,
with the gray arm of the wind
Tight by the waist.
Arbolé, arbolé
Dry and verdé.

Verde means green
Vente means come
Went to WWW.SPANISHDICT.COM , and the closest thing I could find for Arbole was that it referenced to Arbolillo, which means sappling or seedling.

That place originated here in Louisville I believe. At least there headquarters is here. All the ones around here turned into chit holes and I think the hepatitis in the green onions pretty much put them under...:eek2:
