i dont want to start anything but have any of u guys done any motor mods bc i rode a friends trx 450 bc i was thinking of buying 1 and it seems to lack power on the low end now after u got up too mid it would start pulling but the bottom end sucks, still thinking about getting 1 what mods have u dont to improve the lower end besides changing sprokets

If you want more low end get an aftermarket cam like curtis sparks, hotcams stage 1, and tc also makes a cam. I wouldn't suggest the HRC cam unless you want more top end. But thats just my opinion. I heard the Curtis Sparks cam increases major power in the bottom and mid and also a little at the top.

Just get a 13t front sprocket it gives you hella good bottom end. You lose like 4mph on top speed but who cares.

It only feels like its lacking in low end because the gearing is so tall. After i put my exhaust on, the bogging wasnt a problem at all on the track, or dunes. If you ride in the woods mainly, the gear change is a must.
