I dont have the 400ex a-arms anymore. But I have some front Cannondale Ohlins shocks and the locknut. I am wanting $130 shipped for the front shocks and $45 shipped for the locknut. One of the front shocks has I think a busted shim. Because when I compress it, it takes a few seconds for it to come back up and it makes a grinding noise as it comes up.
