My 450r has an lrd full exhaust, k&n and thats it for right now oh and also i have a 13t front sprocket. I think thats a must need, it really brings the R alive. But anywho I soon will be going with a cam, not sure whos cam i will get though.

Well i did the k&n, 13t, and the lrd full exhaust system all at the same time. It seem to really wake it up though. When i take the air box lid off(which will help a lot with the k&n on) and put a cam in there its gonna be one fast 450r. Yamahas and other riders beware!:D

Hey Manny, I know you haven't bought a cam yet, but which one's have you heard about would be best for draggin up Boxcar? Also I was wondering if getting a 13 tooth would be necessary with that WB pipe because it is supposed to livin up the bottom end? Thanks for your help.

I heard from some other people that when u get an exhaust that will help with bottom end that you don't need to get the 13t. I haven't heard much about the cams i know the hrc is for top end and the sparks has more bottom end and a little top. Thats all i know so far.

Nice.......I'm from Coos Bay. Right now going to the U of O and will be living in Portland this summer working so Sandlake is most likely where I will be riding. I've never been there, how are they? You are gonna love Winchester Bay.

That exhaust won't make as much power on the bottom to mid as the TC. it is $529 from tcracingengines.com or you can call JRD racing at 856-881-5299 and get it for $525. It's a full system and is AMAZING.

The WB Aluminum pipe works best with the HRC cam....do you know how the TC pipe works with it. I went to the TC website and nothing was coming up, I think their website is having problems right now.

yea, it does work good. Call JRD racing up at 856-881-5299. they are closed on sunday and monday. You can buy one there and ask them ANY questions you want because they are great wrenchers too and have a pro race team.....so obviously they know what they're talkin about.

I know the TC is good ,But dont underestimate CT Racing. They consistintly have the strongest pipe kits for the majority of the pipe shoot outs in dirt wheels, and are winning on the track. I also have one on my 89 250r and lets just say it digs. I would definitly wait for there pipe review. Another bonus is that it has the diffuser disk setup a la supertrap style that allows you to go from full race with all 12 or 16 disk with a loud bark to a more db friendly setup with less disks and minimul performance sacrafice.Hope this helps. Baldwin motorsports is also a contender. thats what Farr is runing.

You can find them at www.baldwinmotorsports.com. Also check out www.ctracing.com . I was there a while ago and the 450r page was still under construction, but take a look at their web site. They have some good stuff. Allen knowles is the owner been around since the begining I think hes also tied in with atv sport maghazine too.
