Anyone know how to get ahold, phone number/email/site member of someone at lsr? I have this carrier and I wait to see if they will replace it. It has a large piece missing and i found small pieces of it inside the carrier. I think the large piece broke out and let dirt into the bearings, because it was filled with grease when I took it out. Any help would be great, thanks.

I had the same carrier. good luck tring to get a new one, the ring on mine snapped off where the snap-ring holds the brake caliper backet in. I didnt try to warranty it but mine was not very old I would not buy another one.

I know i'm going to get some crap because I'm sponsored by lonestar, but i've never had a problem with any of their products. And the ones I've heard of have been quite rare. Every company has bad parts here and there, it can be a flaw in the materials used or anything for that matter. I'm sure lonestar would clear the matter up, just call them up. They're usually pretty good about warranties unless it was clearly from abuse.

Its 1.800.4LS.RACE and good luck trying to get warranty work done. Dont ever try to get a axle straightened. Too bad JP Racing isnt still around cause LSR is lacking where JP didnt.

i like lsr....my carrier held up good for 2 years ..then the bearings went ..when we were taking it out my dad used a piece of wood and put it on the fat part and hit it wit a hammer....and it broke right off...so far my new one is holding up good along with the anti fade

Yeah im gonna second the Durabreak axles. Id go with RPM of your looking to get a new axle. How come LSR ruined the rep that JP Racing had built up for so long? JP Racing WAS the aftermarket company in the 90s, then Bonestar took over and well now we have threads like this one...

When I Checked my prices they are LSR machined LIFETIME warranty...240CDN (Dennis Kirk) Durablue...418CDN
A buddy baught the Blue and me with LSR on the same EX who's bike do you think runs? (actually neither, but its not my carrier that's the problem!) He tried to send it back for his "Lifetime" warranty and they want him to pay half. Same with a 250R axle his brother got DB wanted half too. I Have seen 2 people change thier LSR bearings, and one got a warrantied carrier from LSR without sending in the old one! just took a picture much like above, they asked him for his address and before he could ask when it will be there they knocked on the door. And this is in NB Canada, LSR certainly isn't just down the road.
(SORRY SO LONG) but that's my experience between the two.
