When i bought my 400 is had a double threaded swing arm pivot bolt with nuts on both sides and they kept on coming loose. So i orderd a new bolt and nut from service honda. Well i got it and torqued it down to specs and after 6 hours of riding it still came loose. Does anybody know what the hell is going on:mad:

did you try red loc tight? you could always go to the extreme and weld it in place

I had a 88 r that did the same thing. Could never get it to work. My last race with this quad it snaped the bolt in half. That was after the weld job. I had enough of it and bought a new quad.

u try checkin ur bearings in the front of the swingarm or down at the carrier? it could be causing alot of vibration makin it come loose.
