Fullbore Plastics

Just talked with Lannie at fullbore and she said they will be releasing their 450r plastics in late June to mid July and they will be available in all 7 colors. She also stated that the cost will be a bit higher than all other models on their site. Personally I cant wait. How about white plastics with a white or red tank:cool: .

I know nothing about fullbore plastics. Do they offer different gas tanks usually? I really want a red one!!

Nope IMS is your only source for an aftermarket tank. Go to Fullbore Innovations and you can check out their products.

if fullbore makes a chrome nose piece I'm buying it the make a lot of plastic chrome stuff and the would looking freakin on the R

It's a shame they are gonna whore us on the price. Stock stuff is less than $200.00. Stock plastic , the 450R is the cheapest around. And they are gonna charge us more than other plastics on there site.
Hopefully they will at least make it look different, and cool. Time will tell.

i think all black plastic, black seat cover, CF hood, and hipers would be hot.

It would look sweet till ya took it in any mud, then it would never look that good again. dirt is bad on black plastic. My fuel tank is trashed, I am thinking about white plastic, and a red frame.

I am thinking blue would look SWEET not sure on frame color yet. Maybe like a bright orange translucent or something like that.

That way I can tell the yamaha people I blue bye you :) I wonder if the fronts will be 1 piece? Nose and all? Might want to wait to get my quadtech then.

buy some number plate background sheets (all colors are available for less than $13 for 3 12"x18" sheets), covers up scratches very well, and you can cut them into any shape.

Honda had blue far before Yamaha....on thier sport quads that is.

Yes my tank is trashed, it looks like hell. You get mud on your pants, then you rub it with your legs all over your tank.
As for decals, they don't stick very well to a fuel tank. It does breathe thru the plastic. I have thick nacs stickers on my tank and it bubbles up daily. Some graphics kits have tank stickers that are vented, but they still raise up off the tank.
