Rear tires for 250X

I'll be racing on MX tracks with my 250X. I wish to get a new set of rear wheels and tires. What size do you recommend and should I change my gearing? I'm installing a FMF Power Core 4 pipe with K&N Filter.

There are a lot of opinions on which is the best tire but I would say Kenda Klaw's would be best. Your gearing will depend on your tire size. With 20's on the rear you may want to stay with stock gearing for mx. With 18's you may want to go up a tooth on the front sprocket.

depending on the track I would definatly go with the klaws.I have them on all 4 corners and race with them on a softer sandy loam track and they hook up just awesome.Mxr's are too soft if you do any other rec. riding.

either razr mx or the klaws i have ridden a blaster with klaws around a track and they are awesome;)
