you should be able to run 93 octane but ive heard that the 11:1s work a lot better with a half race gas half premium gas mix. also i wouldnt go with a wiseco piston go with either a JE or a Ross

There's nothing wrong with Wiseco. I'd venture to guess that you don't even know why you gave that advice, other than what you've heard from other people. I'll line my Wiseco 416 up against a similar Ross or JE bike any day.
To answer the original question: No, you probably won't have to run race gas all the time, it depends on where you're riding, if you're jetted properly, and how hot it is outside. I recommend running at least 50/50 during break-in, at the dunes, and when it's really hot outside. These are all times when your bike will run hotter than normal, and heat is a cause factor for pre-detonation. Also, octane boost=snake oil. You're going to have to break down and buy a couple of gallons of race gas for break-in.

i have just heard from other people on this site that the compression ratios arent what wiseco claims them to be

This is supposed only with the 89 mm(440) pistons. I have a wiseco 87mm 11:1 and it definantly has more compression because it caused my head studs to pull.

It would be my pleasure ;)

also just for the record octane booster is not a replacement for race fuel so forget that you ever thought of it

and as for using race fuel.............. your walking a fine line, your right in the middle and it could go either way there are many other variables that will determine whether or not you need to use race fuel and nobody in this thread can actually give you the right answer
