saving a streaming video?

I want save a copy of the "Redneck Woman" music video by Gretchen Wilson. Here (http://www.cmt.com/artists/az/wilson_gretchen/artist.jhtml) is a link to the site, and the video is under the video heading. Any help would be greatly appreciated. oh and i use Windows media player if that makes a difference
