Buy a 440 kit. It comes with a sleeve, piston, rings, gasket. You need to have the jug bored to fit the new sleeve. So machineing $50, parts $250 or so. Then to do it right with cam, springs, port and polish. That will run closer to $800-$1000. I highly recommend a larger carb and you have to have an after market exhaust. That beast will need to breath! ;)
