tire grooving

I was just curious as to how the best way to groove my turf tamers would be? Ive heard that they will clean themselves out better.

CDRacingonline.com will do them for $10 a tire I believe.. here is a picture of a guy's lt that works there. Grooved radials in front, and grooved tamers in the back. Looks pretty nice I think:D

Probably not the best setup for anything besides motocross, unless you want to replace them often.

A pair of Razrs will do great in anything, last long, and they have a wider tread pattern than holeshots, so they clean out better.

I see you have Burgard's.. how do you like them? I was going to get some Magnums, same thing right? Just wanted to see if I should get those ($490), or wait a couple weeks for Housers.

i dont know, because i just bought them thurs. the will not be here until tomorrow or the nextday, but ater i nstall the a-arms iwilllet you know

i just got new razr rears and i wanted to groove them. some of my friends say that u can groove them with horse toe nail clippers and its really easy?? im gonna try it within the week hopefully so ill get back to u. later

I have a groover if anyone wants their tires grooved just send them to me Ill groove them for $8 ( have to beat the competiton) a tires!! Just tell me how you want them and ill will groove them!! You have to pay shipping though! If you want them just let me know!! :cool:

O yea I forgot to add that is for the back tires!! I also do front custom grooved tires but hardely anyone buys any of those from me! I use them and they work really well ! Ill put some pics on here tomorrow!!

I have a set of Nacs grooved Tamers on Douglas wheels just like that sittin in my shed that ill let go cheap if anybody wants em. About 80-85% tread left

Buy a tire groover, they are $65 from nacs and you may be able to find one cheaper somewhere else. You can groove a pair of tamers in a half hour and anyway you like.:p
