I so far have bent the "ears" of two bumpers so far on my quad. One Ac Racing and One PRM Desert bumper. both times i bent the left side to wards the rear a little. What would be a good way of bending them back without fatiguing the Aluminum to much?
THanx

BFH is the ticket. I took my desert bumper off. Layed it face down on the ground and hit it with a 16 lb sledge a few times and wallaa. Back to normal..:D

Wrap a chain around your axle and attach it to a wall or car or something heavy. Then attach a come-along onto your bumper where the bend is. Then just keep making it tighter until your bend is fixed. Did this before on my quad, came out perfect. I did this over a hammer, because I was afraid of marking up my bumper.

heat it up a little and bend it back with some pliers

Place a 2X6 on the ground place the bumper on top of the 2x6 take your vehicle and drive on top of it. then bend in it back. kinda like a press.

Or go to a machine shop see if they will press it back
