You might have water in your gas tank. When you go up a hill or pop wheelies the water will run to the back of the tank where the pick-up is. That will stall you out once it hits the plug.

i was thinking of the tank pick-up water deal but i did drain the tank and the carb before the race. i've asked tons of people, some say the float in the carb, water, clogged hoses, re-jetting?
i was hoping someone would say here is the answer it happend to me. but no. off comes the tank and carb.

i did not because it ran really good for 4 races. no problems. but now it's also bogging a little in other spots, but i thought it was a problem related to the bogging/stalling up hill.

If it ran good for 4 races and now its bogging check the simple stuff. Even though it ran fine your jetting was not really dialed in, maybe your plug loaded up, or has been running hot, clean or replace. Check grounds, wires, sounds electrical to me.

tim, call White Brothers and get the jetting specs from them.

didn't you just put the KN filter on? if you did that could be your problem as to why it just started running like crap.

check the plug color and i would raise the main jet for starters.

I reread your first post. Adding the K&N and new exhaust really increased the breathing capabilities of your motor. I'm very surprised you did not have to rejet. You are running lean and need to increase the fuel (I think). Check your plug its probably overheated (white). Is your header glowing red? Adding air is like turning up the 02 on a torch.

don't just ride it down the street. get it in the dirt so if the float level is off you will know when it starts bouncin all around.

after cleaning to whole carb everything seems good. how do you adjust the float level?
