i was thinking about giving casey a try. i am only 16 and i dont know if my parents are going to be able to attend the race so do they have a waiver they can send me? will i have to pay a district fee? i will only be racing that race.

its a good place to ride ...... i will be there all season....

you can race if you have a waiver and it's notorized, as for the district card they should not make you buy one if your not runing for points. they didnt make me buy one last year.
