250r front brakes

my front brakes suck on my r. the guy i bought it off of put a 400ex master cylinder on it and steel braided brake lines. they werent working very well so i replaced the pads and drained the brake fluid. i replaced the fluid with dot4 and bled the master cylinder and brakes. i can still put the lever all the way to my grip. one of my calipers twists a little when i apply pressure. i can wiggle it with my hand a little. would this be cause of the pins worn out? what do i need to replace? should i buy a 250r master cylinder?

rebiuld the calipers, I had a 400ex master on my trx and now my atc, the trx had the stock lines and the atc has a steel braided line, the 400ex master is better than the 250r and alot cheaper.

new pistons, seals, etc.
