I say skill that he kept spinning back, but how did he expect to get away if he just went straight when the cop car could easily catch up to him... Theres prob no way to get away once that helicopter is on you...

That's skill. He spun back around twice right away. The third time, he actually put it in reverse cut across the grass before spinning back around. You can't do that unless you're trying, especially the third time.
