yes it will I have the same pipe and all that is diff. is the connector pipe that goes from the silencer to the end of your header

Yup. The titanium 4 is pretty much a universial pipe. It comes in a couple different lengths, for different power characteristics. That would be something to check into. All you need are the mounts(see if they are included), and mid-pipe. It would be very wise to get a powerbomb header to go with that pipe. YOu would have a killer setup then.
