Im lazy and like electric start, so my chioce is easy. If it weren't for that, Id have to toss a coin;)

But then, I hear the seat is really hard on the YFZ, Oh damn! I already voted:rolleyes: I don't know, I guess I'm lucky. I don't need a new quad:D

electric start is the shiznit but, one of worst things to ever happen is when your machine breaks, and id rather have one less thing to deal with. yeah the yfz has cutting edge plastics that look cool but, i actually like the trx front end, it looks like it cuts through the wind.

havent ridden a yfz but have a few hours on my trx450r & love the low maintenance elctrical system...dont have to deal with batteries or solenoids & crap & just have to kick my kickstarter one time...big deal & save weight...I wouldnt buy a yamaha ever, even if it had electrical start b/c thats one more thing thats gonna break on those things...

The trx450r is a sweet ride. My brother had his over at my house today and my wife came out with her boot on and one kick it fired right up!! MY WIFE can start this thing ITS THAT EASY!! :D

I would choose the YFZ and get the kick starter for it and throw away the battery. Solves that problem. Def the YFZ.

if i had to pick something it would be my nose,... but seriously id pick the yfz for mx and such and the trx for like XC and plinkin around.. now i havent road either one so dont take my word on this.. go ride them yourself and see which one is most cofortable and wich one you can move around on the easiest

To tell you the truth I would take eathier one because they are both excelent quads, and eathier one would suit me just fine beacause I really dont care what quad im riding just that im riding! But if I have a choice it will deffinatly be a Honda. :D
