427 wont start

ok here is wats going on i just spent $$ on getting my 400 fixed it was bored to a 427 new valves new piston /rings finnaly got it back togather and it wont start .any ideas.

their is a little piece under the cam i believe it is called a decompresion plunger if thats not in the bike won't start

First check to see if you are getting a spark. Then check if it is getting gas. If it has both, check for compression and cam timing.
