timing chain guide?

is there a guide anywhere for a 400ex heavy duty timing chain installation? I just got my CRF450 chain in and I want to install it right. anyone help me out?

i can try to make a write up when i do mine. however, this may not be for 2 or 3 weeks when my other engine supplies come in. you need to remove your right cover on the engine. you will need to drain your oil and get a new gasket on that right side. the clutch and clutch basket will need to be removed. after that take the top end off and the head. you can then remove the old timing chain after removing the cam and now drop the old timing chain down to the bottom end but hold onto the chain up top. there is definately more to it than this, but this gives you an idea.
