Need info on tires for 250ex for the dunes

Loooking to find out what type of paddles anyone on a 250ex is running? Need to know Brand and size. getting ready to buy my son some paddles for his 250ex and was going to get the geckos but now im concerned that they me be to heavy for him to spin and do any good. any help from any one would be great. i need to know by tuesday please. im going to get the geckos for my 400 but really concered about the 250. thanks

As long as you get 20" paddles (Sand Skate 2's would be a good choice) for the 250 you shouldn't have a problem. Running a shorter tire (stock is 22") will actually gear it down a little thus giving it more power.

I'm using 20" Sand Sharks on my 250. They work fine. I've never tried any straight paddles though.

I noticed nobody mentioned the number of paddles to run. I would assume that you will have to run 6 paddles on those. 8 paddles SURELY would be too much for the 250ex.
