400ex Jetting Please Help!

Hello,
I bought a used DMC Alien exhaust off of here a couple days ago an have recieved and have no idea how to figure out my jetting. I got a Dyno Jetkit for it but dont know what jet to start with. So now the 400ex will have DMC Full exhaust, open airbox, and a K&N w/ outerwear and I live in Ohio. Could someone please give me n idea for my jetting. Thanks

42 pilot jet
replace the needle and put it in the 2nd slot from the top
and start w the 142 DynoMain

I think,but you will have to play w it!
