what do you need to have a quad street legal

I saw in a dirt wheels (or some mag) where they turned a Warrior street legal, it was in like 98 or maybe even 97. I remember they had turn signals, a brake light, different headlights, newgearing,tires and rims, an extended swing-arm/a-arms,and licence plates. They bought it as a kit from some guy but like I said that was in 97 or 98 so I doubt very seriously you'll have any luck finding it again. Your best bet is to take the body panels off of a Geo Metro and BANG, a street legal quad.:devil
