has anyone used a PEP damper? how did it hold up and how did it bolt up?

I'm still using the pep and so far its holding up pretty good. As for installation goes, it was easy and fast. I wish that the changing of the settings was a little easier as the Denton is.

are they rebuildable??? if so how often to rebuild it and what do you have to replace.

any other comments?

I run a PEP rebuildable one...it's maroon in color.

I love mine and can't imagine running without it. I put my front end on a jackstand to properly set it up. Installation isn't hard, just wee bit time consuming. But, a little patience goes a long way.

Running the dampner is "Cadillac Style," riding!:D

Mine is about a year and a half old and is still good to go.
